Service Summary

We look through the complex lens of nature's intelligence to help investors locate, invest in, and support fringe, polymath, or core creative entrepreneurs with unique ideas to address interlinked, global crises. 

Global challenges are increasing at a rapid pace, and it is clear that current operating systems in society are not sustainable. 

Investors need to encourage and collaborate with fringe entrepreneurs that can leverage uncertainty and chaos to create true breakthroughs for the world's most pressing challenges.   

We leverage the wisdom, regenerative power, and creativity of living complex systems to connect ancient esoteric wisdom to advanced science and technology such as complexity science, chaos theory, quantum science and nonlinear mathematics to identify polymaths, core creatives, and fringe entrepreneurs with unconventional, emergent solutions to society's unmet needs. 

We offer research in and access to direct investments in global private companies (from early stage to growth equity, Pre-IPO, Reg D or Reg A) and as well as select blockchain/crypto projects (following our principles helps to focus efforts on more authentic projects and helps to mitigate risks in this highly volatile area), looking for large transformation, unique, fringe and outside the box entrepreneurs.   

We collaborate with entrepreneurs to select and create flexible and innovative deal and governance structures to increase investment opportunities in essential products or services, to enhance the value proposition, lower risk, and more properly align incentives with stakeholders.   

We work globally across company life cycles and focus on "edge" entrepreneurs and companies that apply advanced science and technology in highly regenerative, creative, and inspiring ways. 

We organize our research and opportunities in a hub and spoke fashion by subcategories or themes in areas of critical importance to society. These themes are not necessarily conventionally defined and are grouped in ways that foster diverse, creative, and lateral thinking for tough interrelated problems. Members can participate at the Hub and/or Spoke level for deals. 

We also provide information in multi-media formats on other integrated "ecosystem innovation/investing" opportunities. We are always interested in discovering and supporting other entrepreneurs and investors that are following a similar ecosystem-based path. 

You should be an investor that is comfortable direct investing in private companies globally across company life cycles, are aligned with our principles and are flexible to consider innovative deal and governance structures more aligned with complex systems. More detailed research on deals using our living complex systems investing process is available a la carte. However, basic multi-media research on deals is included in the Hub&Spoke Investing Membership. We provide updates on projects/deals we present over time as part of the membership as well.  

Members have access to a general forum and separate discussion areas on each project or deal. We are still in the process of deciding on additional encrypted software for member privacy and extra security for data presentation. Some of the data on deals may be on another platform. We are also investigating additional secure chat tools for discussions and member conversations

Members have an area to recommend their own deals to other members, but members must follow our complex systems principles to participate in this area. Other members can offer feedback and ask questions.

Pricing includes a yearly subscription fee.  More detailed research applying our principles prepared in collaboration with our on demand network is available for an extra charge; However, simple research summaries on deals applying our research is included. Members should not expect automatic syndication and layers of fees on each deal. There may be particular circumstances that we choose this pathway for particular reasons on certain projects, but we are transparent in all these situations. In general, our main model is the Hub&Spoke Model. As part of that model, Pythia Capital and our collaborators work out compensation as we set up the hubs. On each spoke deal, the main way we get paid is through our annual membership fee and in the sharing in any additional fees with partners on more detailed research, etc. We realize that for our model to work that both our hubs and spokes will be marketing by our partners in the hubs outside of the Pythia Capital ecosystem with aligned people or groups. 
We plan to build databases of our deals and research using our complex systems investing process for members to access, including AI analysis. Summary parts of this extra layer of data will be included in the membership fee, but other detailed layers of this data may be available at an extra charge. Most likely, these data and AI analytics capability will be rolled out in stages. We also plan to follow the projects over time. We are early in our planning for this layer of AI search and data analysis. Please note that we are very particular about respecting member privacy.

This is early in our launch and our plans may need to be tweaked and evolve. That is one the purposes of our founding members, to help the Pythia Capital team evolve in the healthiest way for all. 

As Pythia Capital evolves, we plan to have an in house investment team to actively invest in all areas of the firm. 

Please note there are no refunds on the yearly subscription fee if members leave the service before the yearly membership expires. Any realized ongoing fees on individual deals still apply if members leave. If members leave the membership to Hub&Spoke Investing, members also lose access to any forums, discussion groups, deal and research data room, any encrypted extra software, and any future AI capability. If you leave and want to come back, there is no guarantee the same service bundle will be available. There is also no guarantee that the current price will be offered.

You will have access to the same mobile app to access data from The Pythia System, Phoenix Investing, Hub&Spoke Investing if you are a member of all three services. You will also find all general forums and discussion areas on this app. However, there may be separate encrypted software for extra security on private deals and for encrypted detailed chat conversations on all material in the different data rooms. We are still in the process of deciding on the appropriate software, but the main platform is highly functional immediately across all areas of the service.
